With the Colorado vNet Security Application, it’s never been easier to come home to a safe and secure home. The same touchscreens used to control lighting, audio, cameras and climate systems, can also serve as virtual security system keypads—providing the convenience of managing the system from any room, but without another keypad on the wall.

 

Using the Security Application, all the functions of a standard security keypad are integrated into the Colorado vNet Colour Touchscreen, eliminating the clutter of multiple devices on the wall. Simply press SECURITY from the home screen and a virtual keypad is displayed to
arm or disarm one or multiple partitions. For instance, homeowners can separately arm the
main house and guest house with just one security system.

 

The Colorado vNet Security Application currently supports the following security systems:

  • DSC PowerSeries™
  • GE Concord™ 4 Series
  • Honeywell Vista 128FBP and 250FBP

 

 

 

 

 

Security Home

From the HOME screen, touch your way into LIGHTING, AUDIO, CLIMATE or SECURITY control. The HOME screen also displays the date, time, and what's playing on your Colorado vNet Vibe Audio System—think of it as a dashboard for your home.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Security Keypad

To access the security application, simply tap SECURITY on the HOME screen and you are instantly taken to the security keypad screen, where you'll have full control of your system. Touch the numeric keypad to enter the security code and system command.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Panic Buttons

Using easily identified "panic" buttons, you can quickly notify fire, police or medical response teams—from any Touchscreen in the home. If necessary, touch and hold the button for two seconds to issue the appropriate emergency alert. Really, there's no need to panic—help is just a Touchscreen away.
